JKR Construction Corp was founded in 2011 by Joe & Alberto Lliguicota — two roofers with a simple theory: if the owners are on every job, the work gets done right the first time, and the phone keeps ringing on referrals alone.

JKR stays deliberately lean: low overhead means honest pricing, and owner supervision means the crew that shows up is the crew that cares.
